From Arroyo Vista- Halloween Events

      On weeks 4 and 5, Arroyo Vista got into the Halloween spirit with two Halloween-themed events. Kicking off the festivities was Haunted Vista on October 24^th, where each participating house decorated their house as scarily as they could with the hopes of winning the prize of Scariest House! With themes such as a demented hospital and Slenderman, each house was terrifying!! In total there were 8 houses participating, and the winner of Scariest House was House 1044, Casa Cesar Chavez!  On October 30^th AV put on a blood drive in front of the Rec Center, where residents could come and donate blood and then hang out in the Rec Center watching scary movies. We had a good turnout, and the collected blood will be put to good use saving lives.  Thanks to all those who came out to the events
